• We visited as a family of 4 ( two adults and two kids aged 16 and 11). We had booked online to take on the enchanted garden puzzle room which seemed the most suitable given the age of our youngest child. After being greeted by the friendly staff, we were led blindfolded into the room and left to solve our way out. We were provided with information regarding how to gain hints.and even a phone in case we were really stuck. We managed to escape with a few minutes to spare but needed a helpful phone call from the lady on the desk who must have seen us struggling to start with. It was amazing how fast the time went but we all came out with a sense of achievement and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. This was a very well run attraction and definitely worth a visit.

• We had great fun this morning in The Garden room. The staff were friendly & helpful. The only thing that I was very 'uncomfortable' about was that I was told that I had to leave my debit card with the girl at the reception area in case we damaged or broke anything. I asked would it be ok to leave my license, but was told it had to be my debit card.
  
  Because the rooms are all monitored, I found this a strange request and would have thought that if there were any problems, security would be called?
