Description:
Driving along the quiet country road, you are all excited about your trip to Lake Placid, Upstate New York. After a long time passes without seeing another car, you are worried about being lost. A storm is brewing and you want to arrive at your lodge before it hits.Finally, you arrive at a turnoff with the sign: “Lake Placid 30 miles”, but after driving for several miles, you slam on the brakes. A huge tree has fallen and blocked the entire road. There is no option but to turn around and find somewhere to stay, and quickly. Luckily, you see a sign for a guest house only a few minutes back down the road. A stately old manor greets you at the end of the long driveway.
