The interactive elements and actors really boosted the appeal of this. Super enjoyable, but in the moment it was terrifying. Not for the faint of heart or people who freeze during intense moments. Puzzles weren't too complex and rewarding, but also some felt a bit too drawn out after you figured them. Would be perfect if they shortened a couple and added some extra exploration puzzles.

My partner and I have done upwards of 50 escape rooms in Australia, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Room Eight. We completed the ‘Entombed’ room and are looking forward to trying their second room soon.
We found that the experience in this room was quite different from what we expected in an escape room, with more emphasis on puzzles, and ‘out of the box’ thinking required to solve the game.
My only suggestion for visitors would relate to team sizes. This room is recommended for groups of 2-5 players, however if the team is experienced escapers I would only suggest 2 (or maybe 3 players) as it is a linear progressing room and most of the individual aspects require only one participant, so bigger groups may feel left out.

My wife and I took our 16 year old son along to do the entombed room. This was our first escape room experience and we loved it! It took us a little while to get into the swing of things and sadly we did not complete the clues n the allotted time. Having said that we were allowed to stumble on for a while and managed to finally crack the clues. Would definitely recommend you give this a try.

Highly recommend "Entombed" room. Our family had a great time working together to solve the clues and we were able to escape the room before the time ran out. We can't wait for the next room to be open so we can do it all again.
